DOIT VISION - Achieving the Threshold of Expectations in the German Market
SHENZHEN, China - September 7, 2020 - (Newswire.com)
“Considering the amount of income of Germans, one thing is for sure – they have to struggle a lot to make things better. Although the German market is flooded with LEDs, most of the people buy them from Chinese manufacturers because of their low pricing, i.e. a 12SQM 3.9mm LED is just 1180 USD or even less. But, many manufacturers never gave good quality against the trust of their customers and therefore, ended up in huge losses. However, we realized this fact way earlier and therefore, tried our level best to get those incredible remarks that you are reading or hearing now.” – Carsten Schneeweiss, CEO of Germany based event technology & IT company i:TECS GmbH & Co. KG, valuing the quality of LED screens from their supplier, DOIT VISION, a professional LED display manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China.
A few months ago, Carsten was looking for new LED technology to expand his service portfolio. A lot of homework was done, with information taken from reliable resources. The result of this research came in the form of confusion for the customers who ended up with a question; who and from where to buy? In the German market, there had been some well-known Nationstar LED wall brands from China, who used to facilitate customers with local sales & services. Their email boxes were always full of mail from different suppliers, who are dealing in similar LED screens. Even though there was no doubt in the fact, what was more concerning is customers’ budget limitation, which ultimately led to the following issues: Were LED panels going to last long? Was there any post-sale service from the manufacturer?
When DOIT VISION’s sales manager, Jacky, came to know about this, he immediately sent a quote. He managed to grab the attention of Carsten with our amazing LED video panel Matrix 500, because it looked classy, modern and user-friendly. Its 500mm x 500mm LED panel was another feature worth considering. The best part is, its price was quite affordable. This got Carsten’s attention and after a brief discussion, Carsten decided to try out working with us.
Since testing was an important step to ensure the quality of the LED wall system, a sample of Matrix 3.9mm was put on Carsten’s desktop by DHL. “To see is to believe, everything looks perfect,” he said. Its versatility, ease in installation, fast locking, easy maintenance, and super lightweight made Matrix 500 a product worth buying. That’s not all; rather, it was just the beginning of a series of examinations. They were tested for white balance, color, LED refresh rate, etc. The product passed every stage with flying colors and Carsten finally made a deal of 100 SQM with DOIT VISION. Yes, Carsten was completely satisfied with the fine quality of LED display screens from DOIT VISION. Therefore, we are sure to be having a good business relationship in the future.
