Gretchen is also passionate about collaborating with sellers, providing them with the top photo, staging, and marketing package available to ensure they receive the maximum value for their homes.

Having always considered Southwest Michigan her home, Gretchen spent a significant part of her childhood and high school years in the Saint Joseph area. Her passion for real estate has been a constant throughout her life. At the tender age of 12, with her parents' assistance, she acquired her first investment property for $19,000!

In 2007, Gretchen graduated with distinction from Indiana University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Public Relations. After living in California and Germany for seven years, she returned to Southwest Michigan in 2014.

Over the years, Gretchen has demonstrated her expertise by successfully managing rental properties, renovating a century-old farmhouse, remodeling a mid-century home in Germany, and overseeing the completion of her family's investment property in Aruba.

Deeply committed to the local community, Gretchen actively engages in communication and event planning. She founded the group, Berrien County Strong-Community in Action, and serves on the boards of various non-profit organizations in Southwest Michigan.

Recognized for her outstanding achievements, Gretchen was honored as one of Southwest Michigan's "40 under 40" by Moody on the Market in 2018.

In 2019, 2021, and 2022, she was voted the "Favorite Real Estate Agent of the Year" through polling conducted by the Herald Palladium's annual balloting for professional accolades. In 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, she was bestowed with the prestigious Diamond Award for her exceptional real estate sales exceeding 15 million dollars in each of those years.

Expanding on her accolades, Gretchen was recognized as one of the inaugural BOLD Women of Business in Southwest Michigan in April of 2022, chosen by a group of local leaders, peers, and community businesses.

Over the past few years, she achieved notable recognition in the real estate industry. Gretchen was distinguished as one of America's Top 1% of Most Productive Sales Associates in a ranking report by REAL Trends and Tom Ferry International.

Furthermore, she was prominently featured as a Top National Agent in the March 2021 edition of TOP AGENT MAGAZINE, both nationally and internationally; holds membership in the prestigious "America's Best Real Estate Agents"; and was honored as a Top Real Estate Agent in St. Joseph for the year 2022.
