Jill Wenk and Ash Buckles are the latest hires for leadership roles at Hennessey Digital, and the agency is now poised for its next phase of growth as an employer of choice in digital marketing and SEO.

Recruited as the organization's first Director of People Success, Jill Wenk joined Hennessey Digital in December 2020. She has nearly 15 years of experience in human resources, previously working as an HR Manager and HR Director in the finance and manufacturing industries.

Based in St. Louis, Jill's approach to the HR discipline looks at the whole human, leaning on her psychology background and an emphasis on training and development to help employees set and achieve their goals. She is focused on bringing Hennessey Digital's "people-first" mentality to all facets of the company with systems and processes to give full access and transparency for the company's global workforce.

Ash recently relocated to Las Vegas after years in Atlanta and is enthusiastic about joining a 100%-remote team that manages to stay connected and build strong relationships despite its virtual nature. With experience leading global teams, developing individuals, building websites, producing content, and designing and executing strategic roadmaps for success in SEO, Ash is eager to bring his talents and expertise to a growing agency.
