Martle joins the firm from Seattle, where he was special counsel in the Market States Group. He advises leading financial institutions, investment banks, private equity sponsors, and corporate issuers in domestic and cross-border offerings of debt and equity securities. As part of his practice, he advises financial institutions and multinational companies on a wide range of infrastructure-related projects in America.
Martle has led a number of the most prominent recent capital markets transactions in America. He has represented major sponsors and investment banks in project financings in the oil and gas and renewables sectors nationwide.
He has worked on transactions ranging from investment-grade offerings of debt and equity securities to high-yield and structured bonds throughout Europe and America. Martle has experience advising on M&A transactions, commercial financings, and leveraged buyouts.
