In an effort to combat the lingering impacts of toxic masculinity and to better appreciate the role that the feminine has to play in the world, Embodied Masculine is a global men’s community dedicated to helping men find balance by honoring the Divine Feminine.
California, United States - December 15, 2022 —
Embodied Masculine™ men’s group or men’s embodiment circle has been amplifying this message and training for the past three years. Training men in both masculine and feminine embodiment practices.
“Men need training in both modalities, the new paradigm of masculinity demands it. When we begin to get in touch with both energetic poles, our sensitivity and consciousness grow in regards to our intrinsic connection not only to ourselves but our counterparts and the Natural World” Explains its founder Amir Khalighi.
Men are living better-balanced lives by highlighting and divorcing their participants from forces like toxic masculinity and societal norms that have been shaping their unconscious behaviors their whole lives. These gatherings are designed to be held through the medium of digital technology so that men can take part from the comfort of their own homes in any part of the world. The men’s group promises deep practices as well as a connection with a community that will help men shed the aspects of upbringing and socialization that no longer serve them.
Each gathering lasts two hours, with the first hour consisting of somatic practices such as movement, breathwork, and physical and spiritual practices from various traditions including Tibetan Buddhism, qigong, Kundalini, archetypal embodiment, shadow work, and deep dives into the subconscious via guided meditations. The second hour of the gathering is what is known as the “circle portion,” in which men can share experiences from their lives in strict confidence, allowing men to see the validation and advice of others. The aim of this is to create a community of powerful, conscious men. This is done, in part, by finding peace with the feminine divine that manifests in the world around them, as well as by addressing issues that men deal with in terms of toxic masculinity, and how expectations of their roles as men can hold them back from the happiness that they are trying to achieve.
The purpose of Embodied Masculine is to provide a safe, global community that allows men to become empowered, to help them live purpose-driven lives, and to improve their role in their communities, including their families, intimate relationships, professional relationships, and more. The program has been put together by its founder, Amir Khalighi, after over 30 years of soul searching, working with hundreds of men, and diving into all manner of self-improvement practices found across the globe.
Born in Iran, Tehran, and has begun a journey of self-discovery at the age of 23, which involved education in existential philosophy and comparative religious studies, he aims to help men live better rounded lives.
