Fitness company PrimalThenics has launched an online app for their fitness coaching services. The program focuses on using body weight exercises to help customers increase their mobility, strength and overall fitness levels.
More information can be found by visiting: https://primalthenics.com
The PrimalThenics fitness program is designed to combine mobility, strength and cardiovascular fitness all at once. It differs from traditional methods of training as it focuses on all areas of development rather than just one. The program requires no gym equipment; it focuses entirely on body weight movements.
The company is now offering an online app, which provides access to the program on any mobile device or computer and can be customized to suit each individual’s fitness goals. The idea behind the app is to provide customers with convenient access to remote fitness coaching that’s designed to suit any level of mobility, conditioning or ability.
All exercises included in the program have three levels of difficulty. This tiered system makes the PrimalThenics app suitable for anyone, whether they’re just starting out or are a seasoned athlete.
The principle behind this method of coaching is that by combining mobility, strength and cardiovascular training all at one time, it will easily expose weaknesses and help customers identify the areas they need to work harder on.
All sessions are delivered through the app on a subscription basis. Subscribers will gain access to over 500 videos and from there have the ability to create customized workout plans or follow along to over 150 videos as if in a class.
PrimalThenics was started by Chris Miller, who after struggling with health issues for many years, needed to try a different approach than the traditional physical therapy methods he was prescribed. He now offers coaching to sports teams, corporate wellness programs, and schools.
Subscription to the program is available on a monthly or yearly basis. Interested parties can find more information and subscribe at the link above.
