The latest announcement provides a convenient solution for Georgia patients who need an efficient and effective process for fast lab-tested results.

Patients who need Covid-19 testing, typically for traveling, prefer to receive home care visits for their medical requirements, as it has been shown that the virus can spread more quickly in group settings with people in close contact with each other.

GoMed Mobile offers their Georgia patients access to medical solutions that help them get safely tested for the virus without having to leave their homes.

The travel home care service offers their patients Rapid Antigen Testing and Quick PCR Testing with results within as little as 15 minutes and 30 minutes respectively. Payment options also include self-pay.

Patients in the Fayette County, Coweta County, and Cobb County areas can call the GoMed call center to make same-day appointments, with the company being available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, 7 days a week. All healthcare providers have years of emergency room training and are qualified to handle urgent situations.

Insurance covers COVID-19 Testing on a case-by-case basis, and it is recommended to check with your own insurance provider in order to have the best estimate of coverage. Reasons for potential coverage include Covid-19 symptoms, recent or suspected contact with an infected patient, or referral from a healthcare practitioner, though not guaranteed.

GoMed Mobile Healthcare continues to invest in high-quality medical services to help its patients experience the best at-home medical care possible.

A satisfied patient said, “We called GoMed to test our whole family of five for Covid-19 and I could not be happier. They were at our house about an hour after we called and had seen us all in about 15 minutes. We will definitely call them again when we need them.”
