Birmingham-based company brings FDA-cleared electromagnetic pelvic floor technology to chiropractic practices through a flexible, lower-risk access model

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - August [X], 2026 - Trinity Medical Solutions LLC today announced it will showcase the ReStora EMS Chair at The National Convention & Expo, hosted by the Florida Chiropractic Association, August 13-15, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Orlando in Orlando, Florida.

The ReStora EMS Chair provides non-invasive electromagnetic stimulation to weakened pelvic floor muscles. The technology is intended to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and restore neuromuscular control for the treatment of urinary incontinence in adult male and female patients. Sessions are performed while the patient remains fully clothed and require no anesthesia or recovery time.

The chair is currently offered by a growing range of healthcare providers, including physicians, medical spas, physical therapists and chiropractors. Trinity is positioning the technology for chiropractic and rehabilitation practices seeking to add a pelvic floor service line without the large upfront investment commonly associated with this category of equipment.

"Urinary incontinence affects millions of men and women, yet many patients continue to live with symptoms without discussing them or seeking care," said Mark Rohrer, founder and CEO of Trinity Medical Solutions. "Our goal is to make this established category of technology more accessible to qualified healthcare practices so they can offer patients a fully clothed, non-invasive treatment option."

The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases estimates that approximately half of all women experience urinary incontinence and notes that the condition also affects men. Despite its prevalence, urinary incontinence is often underdiscussed and untreated.

Access, not invention

According to Trinity's market review, comparable electromagnetic pelvic floor systems have historically carried acquisition costs ranging from $160,000 to $190,000, placing the technology beyond the reach of many independent practices. The ReStora Chair retails for $45,000, while providers may begin through Trinity's flexible rental pathway with a one-time $5,000 training and installation fee.

During the month-to-month rental period, the chair may be returned at any time with no further payment obligation. The model allows practices to evaluate patient response and local demand before making a long-term equipment purchase.

"Practices are often less concerned about the technology than they are about committing to a non-cancelable five-year equipment lease with high monthly payments and significant interest," Rohrer said. "Our flexible model reduces that financial risk and gives providers the opportunity to evaluate the technology before making a long-term commitment."

Conference access

Trinity representatives will conduct live demonstrations throughout the FCA exhibition at Booth 820. Practices interested in scheduling a demonstration in advance or learning more about ReStora may visit trinitymedsol.com/restora-ems.
