Board writing has always been used for a variety of purposes, from traditional school teaching and private learning to corporate meeting, presentations and other similar activities.

Technology development meant a sharp increase in the many varieties of writing board models. The traditional blackboard based on chalk writing is now largely outdated in many modern classrooms, with whiteboards replacing it. The advantages are obvious, the many health risks associated with constant chalk use being completely avoided with the use of modern, marker-based whiteboards.

Recent years have seen the advent of the smart board, an effective writing board designed to record and replay information written on it. Smart board models also come with internet support, thus helping users look for information online whenever necessary.

The most significant limitation to most whiteboard and smart board models is in terms of size, as they often provide less writing space when compared to traditional blackboards, usually for considerably higher costs.

ReMARKable Coating is a company that provides whiteboard coating solutions for schools, meeting rooms, corporate clients, private institutions and other interested parties. As a result of a recent partnership with Luidia, a company producing the eQuil smart marker, ReMARKable Coating launched a new product called Smart Whiteboard Wall.

Essentially a combination of ReMARKable Coating’s ReMARKable whiteboard paint and Luidia’s eQuil smart technology, Smart Whiteboard Wall allows its users to create a custom writing surface of anywhere from 50 to 600 square feet (and more by utilizing multiple whiteboard paint kits), and transform it into a smart board with the help of the eQuil smart marker.

The main advantage of this type of smartboard is that the size can be fully customized according to the client’s needs. The smart marker technology also provides an effective alternative for those who feel that traditional, touch-based smart boards might not be entirely adequate for handwriting purposes.

Smart Whiteboard Wall is designed to provide reliable smart whiteboard coating solutions for schools, businesses, meeting and conference rooms.
