Voyage Launches Voyage Luxury Yachting, Led by Industry Veteran Oscar Losada
The new division extends Voyage’s client relationships from luxury real estate to yachting.
Los Angeles, California Oct 22, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - Voyage announces the launch of Voyage Luxury Yachting, led by Oscar Losada as CEO and Head of Global Operations. The division brings dedicated yachting expertise to Voyage's expanding platform for clients whose lives and interests extend beyond residential real estate.
"Voyage has always been about understanding the person behind the property," said Ari Afshar, founder of Voyage Real Estate. "Our clients move between cities, coastlines, and different parts of their lives. They value trusted people who understand their priorities and can connect them with the right expertise. Yachting is a natural next chapter for Voyage, and Oscar is the person to lead it."
Losada brings more than 30 years of experience in the yachting industry. He has overseen 800 million in yacht sales and the construction of more than 75 yachts. His career includes senior leadership roles at Allied Marine Group, Ferretti Group in the Americas, and Ocean Alexander in the Americas. As Vice President at Allied Marine Group, he oversaw sales for a company with annual revenues exceeding $300 million.
"The future of ultra luxury is bringing exceptional assets and service together under one umbrella. Our clients want a team that understands both the essential decisions and the experiences that enrich their lives. That is why aligning with Voyage feels so natural. Voyage has built its reputation around relationships and extraordinary real estate in the most desirable locations. Together, we can extend that same level of care to yachting, promoting leading names such as Oceanco, Sanlorenzo, Ferretti, and Azimut Benetti," said Losada.
Voyage Luxury Yachting brings together Losada's industry experience and Voyage's approach to lasting client relationships. It reflects Afshar's broader vision for Voyage: a platform built to serve clients through major decisions and meaningful experiences with specialized leadership in each field.
"Expansion only matters if we can deliver at the level our clients expect," Afshar added. "Oscar brings the knowledge, judgment, and relationships to build this division with care. We are proud to welcome him to Voyage."
