Welcome to the Future: Unlocking the Potential of the Next Generation Workspace"
Cleveland, Ohio Jan 15, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - In recent years, the field of workplace psychology has become increasingly important for the next generation of workers, and no one is better poised to lead the charge than Keith Fitten. Fitten brings a unique perspective to workplace psychology, having worked in both executive and employee roles throughout his career and now leading the charge against workplace inequalities as the founder and CEO of Axon Land Services.
One of Fitten's key philosophies is that workplaces need to evolve alongside the changing dynamic of the modern worker. He has noted that many of the fears traditional workplaces have - increased employee turnover, low job satisfaction, and reduced productivity - are symptoms of workplaces not adequately addressing the needs of the modern worker. According to Fitten, "We're at a point where the traditional workplace structures and environments no longer properly fit or fulfill the needs of the individuals and teams in it, and it's time to accept that so we can truly create a new workplace experience for the future.
